I'm a passionate coach committed to starting your transformation and supporting you every step of the way. My goal is to help athletes of all levels achieve their personal best. I focus on building core strength, enhancing single-leg stability, and fostering dynamic and explosive movement patterns to prevent injuries and improve functionality in both sports and everyday life.
Sports is an integral part of my life, shaping not only my career but also my family. Together with my husband, Jeff, we have a 9-year-old daughter, Samantha, who is a budding swimmer and dancer. Our family shares a love for athletics, and it's a joy to watch Samantha embrace her own athletic journey.

I've been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) for over 20 years, specializing in injury prevention for overhead athletes like tennis, volleyball, baseball, and swimming. My additional certifications include Kettlebell training, Olympic Lifting, USA Triathlon, and Precision Nutrition. Since 2017, I have also served as the full-time strength coach for the SBCC Baseball Team.
